Data pipelines

Data pipelines that keep the history

Good decisions need data that’s complete, up to date and honest about where it came from. We build pipelines that collect it, clean it, keep its history, and tell you when something breaks.

What our pipelines do

From anywhere

APIs, public registers, bulk files, exports and the odd spreadsheet.

History kept

When a source only shows today, we keep yesterday, so you can see what changed and when.

Reconciled

Every load is checked: counts match, nothing dropped silently, and rejects are logged.

Matched

The same company or customer linked across sources, with a method and a confidence score for each match.

Watched

Alerts when a feed stops, slows down or changes shape.

Proof

Pipelines we’ve built

A national register, monthly

The full Companies House company snapshot (about 5.7 million live companies) is loaded every month and swapped in so readers are never blocked.

ERP to warehouse, every 15 minutes

A client’s Business Central orders are collected every 15 minutes, converted for the warehouse system, and confirmed back once shipped.

Careful with public data

Public doesn’t mean free of rules. We check the licence and the data-protection position of every source before we build on it.

Questions

How much does a pipeline cost?

Data projects start from £5,000. The price depends on how many sources we connect and how messy they are. You get a fixed quote after the first call.

Do we need a data warehouse?

Usually not at first. A pipeline can feed the systems and dashboards you already use, or keep a small store of its own. If you outgrow that, we’ll build a warehouse when you need one, not before.

What happens when a source changes?

The pipeline notices. It alerts us when a feed stops, slows down or changes shape, and rejected rows are logged rather than dropped, so nothing goes missing quietly while we fix it.

Get in touch

Tell us where your data lives today.

One paragraph is enough: the sources, how often they change, and what you need from them. We’ll reply with honest thoughts on what’s possible and what it would cost.
