We built an operations portal for a commercial cleaning contractor, with explainable timesheet flags and an AI-checked code review.
What we built
One portal for the whole operation:
- fleet checks and reminders;
- customer sites with geofences;
- job scheduling;
- GPS timekeeping with travel time;
- stock, uniform and PPE ordering;
- an activity log of every change.
How it’s checked
Timesheet checks use clear, explainable rules, so anyone reviewing a flag can see why it was raised.
An independent, AI-assisted review then checked the whole codebase, with every finding re-verified against the code.
