WagePerks: an HR platform on web, iPhone and Android
We built and run WagePerks, our sister company’s HR and benefits platform, with a web portal and an iPhone and Android app on one system.
What we built
The platform covers:
- HR records;
- absence and holiday accrual;
- rotas and open shifts;
- geofenced clock-in;
- documents with read receipts, and e-signatures;
- payslips;
- a benefits marketplace;
- per-employer branding.
How it’s built
One REST API serves the web portal and the React Native app, with biometric sign-in and push notifications that open the right screen.
Code changes go through a multi-agent review in which independent reviewers try to disprove each finding.
